Moving Day Guide
Everything you need for the day itself, in the order it happens. Skim it the night before, keep it on your phone, and check off each phase as you go.

Night Before
- Finish packing — unless Titan is providing packing.
- Charge your phone and a backup battery.
- Set out your First-Night Essentials and valuables.
- Confirm your arrival window and access details.
- Get some rest — it is a big day.

Before the Crew Arrives
- Clear truck access — driveway, entrance, and a parking spot close to the door.
- Clear a path inside — hallways, stairs, and doorways.
- Secure pets and small children away from the action.
- Set aside your Do Not Load items in one clearly separated spot.
- Identify anything that is not moving so nothing is loaded by mistake.

During Loading
- Greet your crew leader and walk the home together.
- An authorized person should be available to meet the crew and direct placement — they do not need contract-signatory rights.
- Point out specialty, fragile, and high-value items by name.
- Stay reachable for questions as the crew works.
- Let the crew do what they do — trust the process.

Before Leaving
- Do the Titan Sweep — every room, closet, and outdoor space.
- Confirm nothing on your Do Not Load list made it onto the truck.
- Review the paperwork (an item-by-item inventory is not required on a typical move).
- Final lock-up — windows, doors, lights, thermostat.

At Your New Home
- Verify destination access and parking before the crew arrives.
- Direct furniture placement room by room.
- Keep your essentials box accessible and with you.
- Confirm the utilities are on.
- Inspect your belongings before the crew leaves.
