This is our sixth move in 14 years, and by far the best crew we've had - super friendly, obviously enjoy working with each other, and very careful with both sites and all our belongings. Most impressively, they were tireless, even at the end of the night. Helping us align furniture, move things around, etc. Highly recommended.

Fast,great customer service and easy to deal with.Moved from Memphis,Tn to Collierville,Tn.Had a lot of stuff including piano,pool table and a playscape.They handled all items with care and nothing was damaged.Highly recommend these guys.

These guys are by far some of the best movers I have ever had the pleasure to hire. Bit of a story here, but my family had paid a deposit for a scheduled move with another company (that I will not name here, but leave their initials [AMS]) well over a month in advance of our closing date. We asked for the 2nd move of the day due to an early closing appointment, and were told to expect our crew between 1 and 1:30. Well after 3:45 we got a call from this unnamed company saying they would not be coming. While they had the decency to refund the deposit, it still left me with a fully packed house and no way to get it to the new house. In a panic, I started calling around, but no one had any availability. I finally got a referral to Titan Elite and gave them a call. I can't remember who I spoke to on the phone, but he NAILED it when it comes to customer service. In about an hour I had 2 guys in a truck. An hour later, I had 4, and an hour after that I had 2 trucks and a crew of 8. Every single worker was professional and cheerful and moving like lightning. These guys stayed and worked until midnight so my family could sleep in our new home that night. I am so thankful for their hard work and cannot recommend these guys enough. Definitely money well spent. I hope I don't have to move again for a VERY long time, but if I do, I will definitely be calling them again.

GREATEST MOVE EVER! I can’t say enough good things about this Company ! Hunter Matt and Jeremy were so Awesome! They were super careful with all my furniture; wrapped Everything. Always professional asking me where I wanted things placed making sure it was just the way I wanted it ! Fast ; efficient; very polite and just made the day go so smooth . They even fixed some loose handles on my dresser! I have to say Above and Beyond white glove experience !! Great job you guys - I would use you again .Thank you so much

This was my first time hiring a mover and I am so happy that I chose Titan Elite. Hunter and Chris were so personable and efficient and had a great attitude the entire time, even when they had to make several trips up my steep attic stairs. I also appreciated the upfront pricing. 100x better than movers I’ve used in the past. Quick and professional, and were actually careful with my furniture, unlike other movers I’ve used. We just moved from G'town to Collierville and the crew at Titan Elite did an excellent job of moving us. We had 3 truck loads on 3 different days. The scheduling and follow ups were prompt, the guys arrived each day when expected, and worked tirelessly to pack and move in our belongings and furniture with ZERO issues. They were very experienced at placing and setting up furniture, baby grand piano and a grandfather clock to name a few. Friendly, courteous, patient and more. Highly recommend these guys if you have a move coming up. We would return 100% for a future move.

These movers are amazing! We needed unloading help to move things out from our containers. From the start, the quote process was straightforward, and the person on the phone was friendly and easy to talk to. He followed up the next day to help us book our appointment. The movers who came on the appointment day were the best! They were very careful with our boxes and furniture, placing the items exactly where we asked them to. They even hand-carried the office chairs with wheels instead of rolling them on the floor, which really impressed me. They finished unloading everything from two containers in just one hour for our two-story house. How efficient was that! The whole process was worry-free, and we're super happy with it. We will be reusing their service if we need to move in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars to this business- I would. Chris and his team were fantastic in moving us into a temporary apartment and short- term storage until our home is built. All of the guys who showed up were personable, professional and hard workers. There was no slacking here, no bad attitudes or People who didn’t want to work. They answered my many questions throughout the process and kept everything moving forward. I would highly recommend them for your move.

There is absolutely NO way any movers could be better than these guys!!!! Chris (owner) really has a great business model, he even gets his own hands in the move! Jeremy and Josh were so professional and so careful and treated everything as if they were moving their own stuff!! We had them wrap and pack for us the day before, what a smart thing that was! They made this move the least stressful move I have had to date!! Hire these guys!!!!

They showed up on time(really one minute before moving time). I booked only 5days before my move. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. They also went the extra mile to volunteer to make sure that everything was set up just the way I wanted it.Fair price! No hidden fees or anything weird.

The crew was very organized and worked as a team to pack effectively and efficiently to minimize the time charge. They tagged team taping, strapping and covering items to protect them from damage and that was very professionally done so items were handled with care.They even broke down my Baby Grand and transported it with care!They were very friendly and easy to work with and wanted to make sure things were placed to my liking and kept the same energy and efficiency At the next location!!!!!!Would highly recommend!Monica L Wright, MD

Used this company after another local moving company no-showed us. They fit us in that same weekend and were wonderful. They were on time, careful with our furniture (which was greatly appreciated because it was my great-grandmother’s), quick to get the job done, and were very nice. Would recommend this company to anyone!

First I moved out of a 3rd floor condo from Downtown Memphis to Collierville into a 3rd floor apartment.Then I moved from that apartment into a single-story home in East Memphis.Then again from that house into a 2 story home in Oakland.Each time, I hired Titan Elite Moving and the Nance brothers took care of me in ways far more than I expected them to, from helping me finish packing, to vacuuming the empty rooms, and handling all of my things from light to heavy, from fragile to durable with care and consideration.They took less time than I expected, only charged me for the time they worked (which they did so as a team), disassembled and reassembled items as necessary, and even moved a few items unexpectedly as needed to accomodate the full extent of my relocation.These guys are willing to help you until you don't need their help anymore even if it means packing some dishes or taking a load of laundry and finding a safe, effective way to secure everything in their well-organized truck(s).I've been offered help to have things moved for free and even by other companies, but I can't say that I would trust anyone to do as thorough a job as Titan Elite.Would recommend time and time again, for projects big or small, and especially for owners of luxury, high-priced, or in any way very valuable items.

This is my sixth or seventh move with Titan. I refuse to use anyone else for a series of reasons. Firstly, they work so hard. It’s insanely hot and they plugged through my stuff to ensure I am never overcharged by the hour. Secondly, I have never had a damaged piece of furniture in any of my moves because they are consummate professionals. Thirdly, they keep track of my stuff! I only had to update a few pieces of furniture so my consultation for a move is easier each and every time. Fourthly, they are THE MOST reasonably priced moving service in the area but with the quality of care they invest in each move, I almost feel like I don’t pay enough. I didn’t have to stay in 100+ degree weather or immobilize my own back attempting to make this a cost efficient decision. Titan for life.
