Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of titanelitemoving.com and quote or contact requests you submit to Titan Elite Moving & Packing (“Titan Elite,” “we,” “us”).
These Terms are not the moving-service contract. If you book a move, the customer service agreement, bill of lading, and any valuation or claims documents you sign for that job control the move itself, including pricing, inventory, liability, cancellation, and claims. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the job documents control for that move.
The website
You may use the site to learn about our services and request a quote. Do not misuse the site, submit false requests, or attempt unauthorized access. We may change or discontinue any part of the site.
Quotes and estimates
A quote or estimate you receive through the website, phone, SMS, RCS, or email is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is not automatically a binding agreement to perform a move at that price.
A binding job exists only when we accept the work and you agree to the service agreement for that job. The final price may differ if the information or services involved differ from those used to prepare the estimate. Pricing and charges for a booked move are governed by the applicable job documents.
Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and move details. Incomplete or incorrect addresses, dates, or inventory can delay the quote or change the job.
Communications
By submitting a quote or contacting us, you agree we may reach you about that request by phone, email, SMS, or RCS at the contact details you provide, so we can quote, schedule, and perform the work.
SMS and RCS messages are typically about your inquiry or job. We use Twilio to send and receive those messages. Twilio is our messaging provider. It is not part of the website itself. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages where that is supported. For help with text messages, reply HELP where supported or contact us using the information below. We may still call or email about an active job.
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party tools, including Google for maps, address lookup, and analytics, Meta for measurement, and review embeds. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites you choose to visit, such as Facebook, Yelp, or Google.
Intellectual property
Site text, photos, logos, and design are owned by Titan Elite or used with permission. You may not copy the site for a competing business or reuse our photos or marks without permission. You may share links to our public pages.
No website warranty
The site and online estimates are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Moving-service warranties, if any, are only those in the job contract you sign.
Limitation of liability for the website
To the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law, Titan Elite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from relying on an online estimate that has not been confirmed in a signed job agreement. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law, and it does not replace valuation or claims terms in a signed moving contract.
Governing law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes about the website or a quote request is the state or federal courts serving Shelby County, Tennessee, unless a signed moving contract says otherwise for that job.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
