Titan Elite Moving & Packing (“Titan Elite,” “we,” “us”) is a moving and packing company serving Memphis, Tennessee and the Mid-South. This page explains what information we collect through our website and related communications, how we use it, and how to reach us with privacy questions.
This is a website and communications privacy notice. It is not a moving-service contract.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to people who visit titanelitemoving.com, request a quote or otherwise contact us, or communicate with us by phone, email, SMS, or RCS about a move.
Information we collect
You may give us:
- Quote and contact details, such as your name, phone number, and email address
- Move and service details, such as pickup and destination information, move date, type of move, access or job details, specialty items, and any notes you choose to include
- Messages you send us by form, email, phone, SMS, or RCS
The main way to request a quote on this website is our quote form. Some older contact forms may still be present on a few pages. Those forms can also send us your name and contact details. They are not the current quote form.
When you use the website, we and our providers may also collect:
- Pages you visit and basic device or browser information
- How you arrived at the site, including the first page of a visit and marketing information that was in the link you used
- Location details only as needed for address lookup when you use address autocomplete on a quote or estimator form
We do not collect payment-card numbers on this website. If you later pay for a move, that happens separately from the public quote form.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide a quote and discuss your move
- Schedule, staff, and perform moving and packing services
- Reach you about a request you submitted
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Understand which ads or links brought you to the site
- Meet legal, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Phone, SMS, and RCS
If you give us a mobile number, we may contact you by phone, SMS, or RCS about your quote or move. Those messages are typically about your inquiry or job, such as quote follow-up, scheduling, or crew updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We use Twilio as our provider for SMS and RCS. Twilio is not built into this website. It is the service we use to send and receive those messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive SMS or RCS messages is not sold. You can ask us to stop texting a number by replying STOP, where that is supported, or by contacting us below. For help with text messages, reply HELP where supported or contact us using the information below.
Submitting a quote request does not by itself constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional text messages. We may still need a working number to discuss a move you asked us to quote or perform.
Cookies and browser storage
Our website uses your browser to remember a few things during a visit, such as the first page you landed on and details you entered in the homepage estimator so they can carry into the quote form. The moving checklist page can also save your checklist progress on your device so it is still there if you come back.
Those values live in your browser. They are not a Titan account.
Third-party tools we load may set their own cookies or similar technologies, including:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to measure how the site is used
- Meta, to measure visits from Meta ads and page views
- Google Maps, when you use address lookup
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some of them may limit analytics or address autocomplete.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and the Meta measurement tag. These tools help us see traffic and whether someone requested a quote. We do not send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or move notes to those analytics tools as event data. Google and Meta still operate their own technologies under their policies.
Service providers
We use companies that process information on our behalf to run the business, including:
- Website hosting and caching
- Google, for analytics, tag management, and maps / address lookup
- Meta, for ad measurement
- SmartMoving, for move operations
- SendGrid, for email delivery of office notifications
- Twilio, for SMS and RCS customer messages
- A reviews provider, to display customer reviews
These providers process information in connection with the services they provide to Titan Elite and are subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests, job records, and related communications as long as needed to respond, perform the work, handle questions or claims, and meet bookkeeping, tax, and legal requirements. Analytics data is kept according to those products’ settings. Information stored in your browser lasts for the session, or until you clear it, depending on the feature.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business website. No website or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what information we have about your quote or job, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. You can also control cookies in your browser and opt out of SMS or RCS where STOP is supported.
We will not honor a request in a way that prevents us from completing a job you asked us to perform, or that we are legally required to retain.
Children
This website is for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page.
