- Weekend & evening moves We schedule commercial moves on weekends and during evening hours when arranged in advance — within reason, and not after about 9pm. That keeps your staff and customers from working around the move, and often gives clearer access to elevators and docks.
- Computers, servers & electronics Your IT prepares computers and electronics; Titan moves prepared equipment only — padded, boxed, and kept accounted for. We do not disconnect or reconnect IT systems.
- Furniture, cubicles & reinstallation Desks, cubicles, and conference furniture are taken down, moved, and reset in place at the new office when needed, so your team is not assembling furniture on their first morning back. Specialized medical equipment is outside this scope.
- Files & records kept in order Filing cabinets and records move so your system stays intact instead of being dumped into random boxes. Confidential files stay closed, labeled, and accounted for from one office to the next.
- One plan, one point of contact You get a written plan and a single person to call — not a rotating cast. Everything is labeled by office, department, or workstation so it lands where it belongs, not in a pile in the lobby.
- Building requirements & COIs Many office and retail buildings ask for a certificate of insurance or a reserved freight elevator on move day. If yours does, just let us know ahead of time so we can arrive prepared and keep everything on schedule.

- $70 per mover, per hour
- 3-hour minimum
- 15-minute increments after the minimum — you only pay for the time you use
- $100 service fee per truck
